Verve Senior Living seeks a Director of Building Services for a modern retirement residence. You will oversee maintenance, building systems, housekeeping, and laundry operations. The position requires management experience, knowledge of regulated environments, and strong organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems Maintain preventative maintenance and asset management programs Manage departmental budgets, inventories, schedules,
