You will own the journey from customer discovery and prototypes through launch, iteration, and adoption. This entrepreneurial mandate combines marketplace dynamics, product decisions, sales collaboration, and executive communication. Key Responsibilities:

Build Off Menu from zero through launch and iteration Identify target customers and shape the value proposition Pitch restaurants, handle objections, and refine the offer Balance supply, demand, operations, experience,
