Support continuous improvement across internal audit activities. As Director, Operational Risk Audit, you will lead internal audit activities within your expertise while developing your team. The work covers strategic risks, governance, enterprise risk management, and cross-functional risks. You will also advance methodologies through data analytics, key risk indicators, continuous auditing, monitoring, and dashboard reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Support development, maintenance, and review of the internal audit plan Lead operational audits across governance, security, continuity, and treasury Oversee planning, testing, sampling, interviews,



and closing meetings Present audit findings and recommendations verbally and in writing Coach team members and improve internal audit methodologies Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation; CIA certification is an asset Ten years’ insurance and financial services industry experience Five years’ internal control and team management experience Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency required Apply operational audit leadership, internal control expertise, and bilingual communication skills to advance risk management at iA.
