Lead city dispatch and planning with Truckmate and PeopleNet expertise during Monday to Friday afternoon and evening shifts. Coordinate routes, drivers, equipment, and service recovery. This full time Operations position ensures fleet routes meet customer order needs. The role manages active loads, plans next-day deliveries, supports night dispatch, and coordinates transportation compliance. It also handles maintenance requests, customs support, and operational communication. Key Responsibilities:

Assign active loads to minimize empty miles and maximize usage Modify routes for construction, weather, closures, and customer availability Prepare next-day trips, load plans, and trailer load cards Coordinate drivers through Isaac and PeopleNet throughout shifts Process maintenance repairs, invoices, customs updates, and operational records Requirements:

Three or more years of transportation industry experience High school diploma or equivalent education Truckmate experience considered an asset Google Workspace proficiency considered an asset Ability to work Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 10:30pm Apply your dispatch, route planning, Truckmate, and driver coordination expertise to support reliable city transportation operations.
