Lead human-centered design for public sector digital services as a Senior Service Designer, working fully remotely from anywhere across Canada. This initial 12-month contract focuses on enterprise digital services, modernization projects, and public-facing web platforms. You will shape service models, improve digital access, and collaborate with Edmonton’s digital transformation team. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and accessible design are central areas.
