Shape transit system assurance as SYSTRA Canada’s V&V; Lead, focusing on test methods, defect resolution, and acceptance evidence. Work hybrid on Ontario projects. SYSTRA Canada seeks an experienced lead for verification and validation across transit projects. You will plan activities, establish evidence requirements, and coordinate procedures and inspections. The position works with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders during testing and acceptance. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the master V&V; plan for SRS scope Establish verification methods for each requirement level Coordinate preparation of V&V; artefacts Manage findings and defects throughout execution Contribute to safety cases and acceptance documents Requirements:

Engineering university degree 10+ years supporting rail or transit systems Experience in verification, validation, testing, commissioning, or assurance Knowledge of test methods and defect resolution P.Eng. Ontario or equivalent qualification Bring senior transit testing and assurance expertise to SYSTRA Canada’s verification, validation, and acceptance leadership work.
