This Terminal Manager oversees one main terminal for an established transportation and distribution company. Lead managers and supervisors while coordinating daily operations, managing disruptions, and delivering performance targets. Apply Excel, transportation tracking tools, and Ontario road transportation regulations while implementing senior management direction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage terminal transportation, dispatch, distribution, and warehousing activities Plan operations for resource use, delivery, and service quality Handle unexpected issues and maintain business continuity Enforce safety practices,



investigate incidents, and follow up Monitor performance, costs, delivery times, and corrective actions Requirements:

Minimum 10 years management experience, including five transportation years Experience managing transportation, dispatch, and distribution operations Hands-on team supervision experience Robust Excel and transportation tracking tool skills English fluency; French is an asset Bring transportation leadership, operational judgment, and execution focus to manage GTA terminal performance, safety, service, and continuity.
