This senior position manages current builds, renovations, retrofits, and national multi-site programs in retail and commercial environments. You will direct foremen, field crews, and project coordinators while coordinating customers, general contractors, and other trades. The work covers schedules, budgets, procurement, safety, compliance, and close-out. Key Responsibilities:
