As Senior Education Strategist, you will advance education across Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions. You will partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Implementation, and other stakeholders. Your work will connect member needs, client objectives, and business priorities through scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop proactive education and member engagement strategies Lead strategic projects from design through continuous improvement Partner with stakeholders on complex opportunities and initiatives Use data, feedback, and trends to recommend improvements Train Educators through expertise, tools, and best practices Requirements:
