Drive multi-clinic dental performance through KPI analysis, financial accountability, and practical action planning. This hands-on leadership role covers the Greater Toronto Area. As Regional Director, Operations, you will oversee a portfolio of up to five or six clinics. You will translate clinic KPIs, budgets, and P&L; results into improvements across production, collections, scheduling, hygiene performance, treatment acceptance, and retention. You will also coach Clinic Managers and partner with Doctors and Support Office teams. Key Responsibilities:
