Lead operational risk oversight for BMO’s Capital Markets and Commercial Banking businesses, integrating technology, cyber, data, and resilience risk insights. As Director, T&O; Operational Risk Officer, you will establish a recent business unit-centered oversight capability. Lead end-to-end reviews across critical processes, develop risk profiles, and assess controls, dependencies, outcomes, and residual exposure. Partner with business and technology leaders, Business OROs, and Risk Specialty Area teams. Key Responsibilities:
