Own Purolator’s enterprise mobility services through MDM governance, Android updates, and secure device management in an office environment. Lead national operations. This manager directs the end-to-end lifecycle of operational mobile devices and related equipment across Purolator’s network. Responsibilities span enrollment, provisioning, profiles, policies, applications, firmware, security updates, remote support, and controlled configuration changes. The position leads three device support and MDM staff while coordinating with Security, Identity, Operations, Infrastructure, application owners, and vendors. It also supports reliability improvements, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and recovery readiness for assigned applications. Key Responsibilities:

Improve MDM services, support ownership, escalations, and controlled administration Govern approved applications, Android compatibility testing,



and staged updates Partner with Security on access, certificates, compliance, and lost devices Coordinate monitoring, alerts, runbooks, recovery tests, and remediation Develop staff, manage backlogs, and maintain knowledge documentation Requirements:

Enterprise mobility, Android, or device-management training is an asset Experience managing MDM platforms and Android application deployments SOTI MobiControl and Zebra device experience is a robust asset Knowledge of IT service, change, asset, and problem management Ability to coordinate technical teams and vendor corrective actions Bring MDM leadership, Android enterprise knowledge, security coordination, and application reliability skills to Purolator’s mobile technology portfolio.
