Lead industrial construction projects for Black & McDonald across Saskatchewan, managing schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and contract performance on site. Travel is required. This Project Manager plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates assigned projects from start to finish. The position reports to the Division Manager and emphasizes construction scheduling, cost management, estimating, forecasting, and change management. You will coordinate stakeholders while supporting operational and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract performance Plan, monitor, and manage construction schedules and milestones Report progress, productivity, budgets, costs,



and forecasts Prepare estimates and negotiate scope changes Review contracts, risks, deficiencies, materials, and equipment availability Requirements:

Five or more years of construction project management experience Degree or diploma in a related construction field Knowledge of construction planning, execution, budgeting, and forecasting Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Primavera P6, and Accubid Willingness to travel and work on site across Saskatchewan Apply construction scheduling, cost control, estimating, and stakeholder leadership skills as Black & McDonald’s industrial Project Manager.
