We are looking for an experienced Class 5 Delivery Truck Driver to join our team as a Swing Truck Driver and Delivery Helper . The Swing Truck Driver and Delivery Helper duties are split up as follows:

60% of the time: Swing Truck Driver to cover vacations, absences, and extra help with existing routes/overflow of freight.

40% of the time: Delivery Helper to assist the Driver with route planning, sorting, loading, unloading, lifting, carrying freight to assigned locations. During some periods you will be required to assist with driving.

Full – Time permanent with benefits
Work location - Moncton, NB
Working days: Monday to Friday
No Weekends or Holidays

Shift: 5:00AM to 3:00PM (end time may vary ie. dependent upon unforeseen delays, freight and or route coverage)

Overtime: Overtime is based on freight volume, weather, mechanical delays etc.

What you will do as a Delivery Helper(40%):

Physical Requirements: Safely sort, load, unload, lift, carry, push, and pull containers and goods weighing up to 75 lbs daily. Perform heavy manual handling, including safely stacking and securing items in trucks, enclosures, and rooms. Requires extended periods of standing and walking.

Teamwork & Collaboration: Partner closely with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors to support seamless and smooth daily delivery operations.

Proactive Communication: Keep office staff and team members updated in real time of any accidents, route changes, delays, or issues in the field promptly.

What you will do as a Swing Delivery Driver (60%):

- Drive a 3 ton commercial Refrigerated truck to deliver and or pick up freights in Moncton and Fredericton areas
- Deliver freights in good condition and within scheduled time to our clients (approximately 25 to 35 deliveries/day )
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Load and Unload freight in proper delivery sequence
- Lift and carry freight weighing up to 75lbs.
- Use a handheld device to scan documents and freights
- Hand bomb work and or use a dolley/manual pallet truck
- Complete any necessary paperwork accurately




- Perform all safety checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Report on all safety hazards and accidents
- Use a cellular phone to communicate with Dispatch, Lead Hand and Manager ie. Truck breakdowns, delivery concerns, answer calls, texts etc….
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong client relationships
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Additional duties as required

What we require of you:

Resume MUST show the last 5 Years of Employment History to be considered.

- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 5 License is a must
- Possess a Clean Commercial and Personal Driver’s Abstract
- Courier or LTL experience is an asset
- MUST HAVE 1 year Commercial TRUCK Delivery Driving experience in a 3 Ton Truck or higher
