Basic Function:

As a Bilingual Customer Services Representative, your focus will be to maintain relationships with your assigned portfolio of accounts. Your main duties will be to ensure that our customers’ needs are met according to the signed service agreement. You will strive to exceed our client’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts and become a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes and customer information.
- Effectively manage day to day operations for client's projects by liaising with both internal staff and external resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve overall customer service experience.
- Communicate client requirements, objectives and issues to respective internal team members according to specific requirements.
- Participate in our Contact Centre through telephone, email and chat activity when required.
- Perform data entry for various programs as required.
- Escalate issues to internal stakeholders.
- Master and utilize internal software programs for order processing, inventory and freight management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as may be required to manage/report on activity for client programs.
- Co-ordinate/assist in client billings, when applicable.
- Assist in Quality Control, when required.
- Take on additional duties as required.

Requirements:

- Bilingual both in French and English.




- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of previous related customer service experience required.
- Passion for relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team driven environment.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
