About the Opportunity

You’ll work alongside our physiotherapist within an integrated approach to care. Through communication and coordinated treatment planning—with patient consent—you’ll help support each patient’s recovery, mobility and well-being.

This prospect suits an RMT who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team and growing their practice with a new clinic.

What You’ll Do

- Assess patients’ needs and provide individualized massage therapy within your scope of practice.
- Develop treatment plans aligned with patients’ concerns, preferences and goals.
- Collaborate with the physiotherapist when shared care is appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and obtain informed consent.
- Offer practical self-care guidance within your scope.
- Build positive patient relationships and contribute to a respectful clinic workplace.

What You’ll Bring

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.




- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
