- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
- Create a welcoming, respectful environment and deliver attentive, client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow applicable professional, privacy, and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Conduct client intake and discuss health history, concerns, goals, and treatment preferences before each session.
- Assess client needs and select appropriate massage techniques within the scope of practice.
- Explain treatment plans and techniques clearly, check in throughout sessions, and adjust as needed based on client feedback.
- Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
- Document treatments, relevant observations, and client responses accurately.
- Keep treatment rooms, linens, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for appointments.
- Provide courteous customer service, respond to client questions, and support a positive experience from arrival through follow-up.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues,



including when discussing care recommendations or scheduling needs.
- Use medical terminology appropriately when documenting or discussing relevant health information.

Requirements

- Current, valid Registered Massage Therapist registration or license in the jurisdiction of practice.
- Training and practical experience in massage therapy, with a sound understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and safe treatment practices.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, explain services, and respond respectfully to client needs.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a professional, compassionate approach.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and accurate clinical documentation.
- Commitment to client privacy, ethical practice, continuing professional development, and applicable health and safety requirements.

Pay: $57.60-$72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
