Job Overview ( location NDG)
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Workshop, Packing & Quality Control person to support our daily operations. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, combining packing and workshop organization with quality inspection of delicate, premium items.

You will play a key role in ensuring that every product leaving our workshop meets our quality, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards — particularly when reviewing and correcting cotton pouches and finished goods.

This role is ideal for someone with experience handling delicate items and a strong eye for detail (e.g. esthetics, spa, beauty, jewelry, luxury retail, or similar environments).

Key Responsibilities

Packing & Order Fulfillment

- Pack finished products accurately and efficiently following established guidelines
- Prepare orders for shipment (labeling, boxing, final checks)
- Ensure presentation and packaging standards are consistently met

Quality Assurance & Visual Inspection

- Inspect cotton pouches and finished products for:
- Visual imperfections
- Cleanliness and presentation
- Stitching, alignment, and overall finish
- Correct minor issues when possible (re-folding, re-positioning, cleaning, replacing)
- Set aside items that do not meet quality standards and flag them for review
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all outgoing orders

Workshop Organization & Cleanliness

- Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient workshop environment
- Organize materials, tools, and finished goods
- Assist with daily and end-of-day cleanup

Order & Inventory Support

- Assist with managing incoming and outgoing orders
- Help count, organize, and track inventory
- Notify the team of low stock levels or quality concerns

General Workshop Support

- Support day-to-day workshop operations as needed
- Follow established processes and contribute to workflow improvements

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in quality control, esthetics, spa, beauty, jewelry, luxury retail, or other detail-oriented environments
- Proven ability to handle delicate, premium items with care
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Familiarity with packaging or fulfillment operations

Nice to Have

- Experience in small-batch production or artisan goods
- Experience maintaining visual or quality standards in luxury settings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
