We are a growing body transformation and aesthetics clinic specializing in non-invasive body contouring, facial treatments, and personalized transformation programs.

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Inbound Sales & Appointment Booking Specialist who knows how to turn interested prospects into confirmed consultations.

This is a sales-focused position, not a receptionist role.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in our services through Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations through confident, engaging conversations.
- Effectively communicate the value of our treatments and consultations.
- Handle objections, overcome hesitation, and confidently ask for the booking.
- Collect appointment deposits to secure consultations.
- Follow up consistently with unconverted leads via phone, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead records, appointment details, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment booking and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead conversion.
- Proven ability to convert warm leads into booked appointments.
- Solid phone sales, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Confident and comfortable requesting payments and collecting deposits.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Persistent,



self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems is an asset.
- Previous experience in aesthetics, medical spas, wellness, fitness, or other high-ticket services is strongly preferred.
