The Lube Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance and supports customers with clear, courteous service. This hands-on role uses mechanical knowledge and tools to complete automotive maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and automotive repair tasks, following established procedures and checking work for accuracy.
- Use hand tools and power tools appropriately; handle heavy lifting as needed for vehicle service tasks.
- Communicate with customers about service needs and support relevant sales conversations without compromising transparent, helpful service.
- Keep the work area organized and coordinate with colleagues to support timely service. Your impact:

Skills
Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, safe use of hand and power tools, ability to perform maintenance and automotive repair tasks, capacity for heavy lifting, and clear customer service communication. Preferred: Dealership experience, mechanic experience, and familiarity with sales conversations are useful strengths for supporting customers and contributing to an efficient service operation.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
