ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Associate to grow subscription revenue across SecondaryLink and EvergreenLink. This full-time, in-person role suits a recent graduate or early-career skilled pursuing B2B sales, with exposure to private equity, alternative investments, financial data and entrepreneurship.

You'll work directly with the Head of Business Development & Sales across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and email/LinkedIn outreach to product demos, contract negotiations and client relationship management. As you learn our products and customers, you'll take increasing ownership of accounts and sales processes, with a fast track toward full-cycle sales and account management.

- Curiosity and Capacity to Learn: You likely won’t have experience with secondaries and the clients we serve – that’s okay. We need someone who is interested in, and capable of, learning what our clients care about, how they operate and how our platform can best serve their needs.

2. Background (any of):

- Experience in sales and/or entrepreneurship is considered an asset.
- Experience (professional or educational) in finance or banking.
- Experience at a startup or a passion for scaling young companies is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with secondary markets or alternative assets is a bonus but not required.

3. Mindset & Personality:

- Versatility: A “Swiss army knife” mentality, with the ability to tackle diverse challenges and wear multiple hats.
