Job Summary

Busy Bee’s Kleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a part-time Residential Cleaner!

We specialize primarily in residential cleaning, helping our clients maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes. We take pride in providing quality service, paying attention to the little details, and ensuring every client is happy with the work we do.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things clean, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our cleaning jobs may also include occasional office, commercial, move-in/move-out, and deep-cleaning services depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

- Clean residential homes according to company standards and client expectations.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure each home is thoroughly cleaned.
- Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and occasional commercial or office cleaning assignments as scheduled.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly attitude when working in clients’ homes.
- Follow cleaning checklists and instructions to ensure consistent results.
- Communicate with management regarding completed jobs, client concerns, or any issues that arise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications





- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in different homes and environments.
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, lift cleaning supplies, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
- Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of clients’ privacy and property.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence are preferred due to travel between cleaning locations.
- Willingness to learn and follow company cleaning standards.
