RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGER

Timber RidgeCraft Ltd. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Renovation Project Manager to join our growing team in the Okanagan Valley.

We specialize in custom home construction, renovations, restoration, and residential and commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a strong leader who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures every project is completed to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee multiple construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members.
- Work closely with our Project Coordinator to organize labour, materials, deliveries, and scheduling.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, delays, and cost overruns.
- Manage project changes, deficiencies, inspections, and final walkthroughs.
- Maintain accurate project records and updates using BuildBook.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in construction project management,



preferably in residential construction, renovations, and restoration.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building practices, and project sequencing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction budgets, estimating, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using construction management software and technology.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and local construction practices is an asset.
