and local market potential.
- Assist franchisees with real estate site selection and build relationships with realtors, landlords, brokers, and referral partners.
- Represent Maple Bear at franchise shows and industry events across Canada.
- Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Operations to coordinate disclosure documentation, improve lead quality, and ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, prospect documentation, and performance reports to support transparent decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in franchise or license sales, preferably in education, childcare, or tutoring. Experience with an established academic franchise is a strong asset.
- Experience selling high-investment franchises in other industries, such as restaurants or fitness, is also highly relevant.
- Experience in other sales roles involving long sales cycles and significant buyer investment may be considered.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with buyers making substantial financial commitments.

- Familiarity with provincial franchise disclosure requirements in Canada.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel across Canada as required.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial suitability and market potential.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate concerns and provide practical solutions.
- Honesty, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation

- Base Salary: CAD $96,000–$107,500 annually.
- Commission: Paid per signed franchise agreement.
