Job Overview

We are currently hiring reliable and safety-focused MHE Operators to join our warehouse team in Brampton. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, moving inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Load, unload, move, and transport materials, pallets, and finished products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, sort, stage, and replenish inventory according to work orders.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures.
- Ensure products are handled and stored safely to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work setting.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies.

Qualifications and Requirements





- Previous MHE or warehouse equipment operating experience preferred.
- Valid forklift or MHE certification is an asset.
- Experience operating reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, or electric pallet jacks is preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
