Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Shift Coordinator to oversee daily cleaning and facility support operations. The successful candidate will help coordinate custodial staff, ensure cleaning tasks are completed properly, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to custodial staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to cleaning team members.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate waste disposal, recycling, laundry, and general sanitation activities.
- Communicate with supervisors and contractors regarding daily operations.
- Maintain basic records and complete required paperwork.
- Assist with general cleaning duties when needed.
- Ensure all work follows company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning,



facility services, or team coordination preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and support a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
