We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to oversee daily operations, inspire our team, and help our neighbourhood spot thrive. Whether your background is in retail, restaurants, cafés, or another customer-focused industry, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership or management experience
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A positive, approachable leadership style and a love for developing people
A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
An interest in Italian food and coffee culture
Retail, café, or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
