Oroshi Fish Co. is a premium takeout sushi shop opening a new location near Yonge and Eglinton. We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our opening team: someone friendly, organized and detail-oriented who can lead on the service counter and keep service running smoothly.

What you’ll do

Support the Store Manager in running daily operations and lead shifts in their absence
Manage service inventory, track supplies and place orders
Oversee order accuracy and packing quality
Deliver and model excellent, efficient counter service
Help train and support front-of-house staff
Assist with light kitchen prep
Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming

What we’re looking for

Customer service experience; supervisory or food service experience a plus
Comfortable multitasking and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
Available 5 days a week, 1 PM–10 PM
