Manufacturing engineering leadership meets plant operations at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd., supporting equipment modifications, commissioning, and capacity planning. Lead technical execution across sites. This Manager, Plant Engineering role provides day-to-day leadership for a cross-site engineering function. You will develop engineers, coordinate plant support, guide small-to-medium projects, and strengthen standards across manufacturing locations. Success includes project delivery, engineering request closure, capital planning inputs, and capability development. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate engineering support for trials, upgrades, safety improvements, and stabilization Partner with plant leaders to align priorities and remove barriers Collaborate on design, installation, commissioning, training,



and handover Drive root cause problem solving for recurring technical issues Manage external engineering support, contractors, OEMs, and vendors Requirements:

Robust engineering experience within a manufacturing or factory environment Experience leading, coaching, and developing engineers Experience with commissioning, layouts, capacity, reliability, and root cause analysis Experience supporting plant engineering projects and capital planning Strong understanding of quality, safety, and operational standards Apply plant engineering leadership and technical execution skills to equipment, reliability, capacity, and operational improvement priorities.
