We are looking for an Enterprise Architect (EA) who will report to the manager of Enterprise & Solution Architecture. As an EA‑Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, governing, and strengthening BRP’s enterprise cybersecurity posture. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise security architecture’s strategy and standards, ensuring solid alignment with business, operational, and risk management objectives, and guiding security investments that enable resilience, compliance, and secure innovation across IT and OT environments.

This role can set the direction for infrastructure security and follow through on it. You’ll bring the technical depth to understand what strong security looks like, the judgment to prioritize the right work, and the influence to drive alignment and investment across the company.

The Enterprise Architect (EA) operates under the strategic direction of the CISO and the Information Security function, and is accountable for supporting and enforcing the enterprise cybersecurity architecture vision. The EA contributes to shaping and governing the risk born of the cybersecurity landscape by defining, evolving, and maintaining enterprise‑wide security architectures across identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, application security, data protection, network security, and OT security domains, in strict alignment with Information Security strategies, policies, and decisions.

Acting as one of the key and formal architectural authorities within the cybersecurity governance model, the EA ensures that secure‑by‑design principles and enterprise security standards are consistently applied across initiatives.

The EA serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders while operating in close coordination with the CISO, Director of GRC, and Director of Security Operations, providing architectural oversight, guidance, and reporting to and supporting enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and auditability. All architectural recommendations and decisions are aligned with, and subject to, Information Security governance and leadership direction, while enabling controlled business agility and innovation.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

Define and enforce enterprise cybersecurity (IT) architecture standards, security reference architectures, and architectural principles across identity, network, cloud, endpoint, application, data, and operational technology (OT) environments.

Establish and participate in Architecture governance committees and gates, to ensure solutions align with enterprise security strategy, regulatory obligations, and cyber risk posture.

Partner closely with the Office of the CISO, including Security Operations, GRC, and Cyber advisory teams, to translate cyber risk scenarios into actionable architectural capabilities and secure‑by‑design patterns.

Support strategic initiatives like Lead enterprise‑wide modernization initiatives focused on identity and access management (IAM/CIEM/PAM), cloud workload protection (CWPP/CSPM), data security posture management (DSPM) and endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR).

Alongside the CyberSecurity & Infrastructure Teams, define target and transition security architectures supporting hybrid IT ecosystems, including cloud platforms, enterprise networks, industrial environments (IT/OT), digital workplaces, and globally distributed operations.

Define and establish guardrails for secure cloud adoption, connectivity architectures, secure remote access, digital identity ecosystems, and third‑party integrations.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture peers (EA Infrastructure/Cloud, EA Data, EA Application) and senior leadership to define multi‑year cybersecurity technology roadmaps, capability investment priorities, and enterprise resilience strategies.

Ensure security architecture designs support regulatory compliance, business continuity, cyber resilience, incident response readiness, disaster recovery, and global scalability requirements.

Maintain close and continuous engagement with Solution Security Architects across domains to ensure consistent alignment between enterprise cybersecurity architecture, solution designs, and technology portfolios, enabling coherence, reuse, and end‑to‑end security across initiatives.

Ensure end‑to‑end security design on key platforms such as SAP(S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, integrations and interfaces), Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Fortinet NGFW, covering identity and access management, segregation of duties, data protection, secure configurations, and alignment with enterprise cybersecurity standards.

Collaborate closely with the Cyber Advisory team on strategic IT portfolio initiatives, embedding security architecture and risk‑based guidance early in project lifecycles to support
