Unity Health Toronto seeks a Senior Director to drive the clinical trials performance and head SPHERE CRO operations. The role oversees a ~50-person team, governs the Central Clinical Trials Unit build, and guides enterprise CTMS deployment across sites. You will strengthen industry partnerships, manage SPHERE CRO's financials and operations, and own business development, client relationships, strategy, and P&L; oversight.
