As a Precast Drafter, you will prepare clear, accurate drawings and coordinated models to support precast construction projects. You’ll work with project colleagues to translate design information into practical documentation, helping teams build from consistent, well-organized plans.
Duties
- Develop and revise 2D drawings, CAD details, and schematics for precast components using project specifications and design information.
- Create and coordinate 3D models, review design interfaces, and incorporate feedback from project teams.
- Check drawings for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, and maintain organized files through revisions.
- Your impact: Reliable drawings help colleagues coordinate work and resolve design questions before construction.
Skills
Required: Formal Drafting/CAD skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret design information to produce accurate drawings for production use. Although experience is a benefit, it is not necessary as we are willing to train the right individual with a positive "can do" attitude who enjoys being in an office atmosphere . Wages are negotiable.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
