About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services in a Long-Term Care home in Milton, ON. Hours are flexible and based on referrals, and the OT may create their own schedule.

Must be licensed as an ADP Authorizer or willing to become an ADP Authorizer.

What You Will Do

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment and intervention plans for residents.
- Provide high-quality therapy to support residents in developing, recovering, or maintaining functional abilities and independence.
- Document clinical data, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, including collaboration with Physiotherapy Support Personnel when appropriate.
- Offer clinical recommendations to support protected, effective, and high-quality care planning.

Key Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate Ontario regulatory College.
- Previous eldercare or LTC experience is an asset.
- ADP Authorizer certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
- Dementia-related education/experience (e.g., Gentle Persuasive Approach) is an asset.




- Knowledge of RAI-MDS and PointClickCare is an asset.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months) – can be completed upon offer.
- Recent 2-Step TB Test (within 6 months) – can be completed upon offer.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
