Operations Support Engineer – Integration Platforms

Description of Service

The Integration team supports and maintains enterprise integration platforms within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The Operations Support Engineer will specialize in the operational support, maintenance, and development of software integration systems and APIs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure services, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure App Services, Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform, and .NET-based solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide production and operational support for enterprise integration platforms and services.
- Onboard development teams to Azure API Management (APIM) and support integration platform adoption.
- Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration platforms through hands-on operational and engineering activities.




- Maintain and update Azure DevOps pipelines to support application deployments.
- Support the reliability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of integration services and APIs.

Required Skills and Experience

- At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including a minimum of 4 years dedicated to integration platform engineering and support.
- At least 5 years of experience developing integration technologies, including APIs.
- At least 5 years of proven, hands-on expertise in building Azure integrations using services such as Azure Functions and Azure API Management, as well as working with Azure DevOps.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience authoring enterprise-grade Terraform configurations.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience administering and configuring Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise setting.
