We’re Hiring: Commercial & Residential Property Manager

Infinity Management Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Commercial & Residential Property Manager to manage the daily care, cleaning, and maintenance of The Avenue Room, Infinity’s business locations, and a private residence.

This role combines property oversight with personally completing cleaning, routine repairs, outdoor maintenance, and residential pet care. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, keeps properties in excellent condition, and works independently while communicating clearly with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Property Care

- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming business premises, including offices, event spaces, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Personally complete regular and deep cleaning, including floors, surfaces, windows, garbage, and recycling.
- Coordinate venue cleaning around bookings and ensure The Avenue Room is ready for upcoming events.
- Inspect properties regularly, identify maintenance concerns, and address issues promptly.
- Complete minor repairs, painting touch-ups, fixture adjustments, and other routine maintenance within your abilities.
- Coordinate approved contractors and service providers for specialized repairs.
- Keep entrances, walkways, parking areas, and exterior spaces tidy and accessible.

Residential Property Care

- Personally complete household cleaning and deep cleaning to maintain a consistently clean and organized residence.
- Manage laundry, garbage, recycling, and household supplies as assigned.
- Complete routine household maintenance and minor repairs.




- Coordinate approved residential service appointments and provide access when required.
- Conduct property checks and maintain household routines while the owners are away.
- Respect the privacy, belongings, and preferences of the household.

Outdoor & Seasonal Maintenance

- Complete lawn mowing, watering, weeding, and garden upkeep.
- Maintain patios, outdoor furniture, and surrounding grounds.
- Remove snow and ice and apply ice-control products as needed.
- Complete seasonal yard cleanup and prepare outdoor areas for changing weather.
- Maintain and safely store cleaning supplies, tools, and outdoor equipment.

Pet Care

- Provide feeding, fresh water, exercise, and other daily care according to the owners’ instructions.
- Clean pet areas and dispose of pet waste.
- Monitor pets’ well-being and communicate any concerns promptly.
- Provide scheduled pet care when the owners are away.

Property Coordination & Reporting

- Establish and follow cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules across all properties.
- Prioritize tasks around business operations, event schedules, and household needs.
- Track maintenance work, supply needs, and outstanding repairs.
- Obtain approval for purchases and outside services.
- Report property damage, safety concerns, and urgent maintenance issues to ownership.

Qualifications





- Experience in commercial or residential property care, building maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, or a related role.
- Willingness to personally perform daily cleaning and physical maintenance work.
- Practical knowledge of basic repairs, cleaning methods, and property upkeep.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.
- Comfort working around and caring for household pets.
- Professionalism, reliability, and discretion when working in business premises and a private home.
- Ability to safely perform physical duties and work outdoors in varying weather.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Experience caring for both commercial and residential properties is an asset.

Position Type: Full time
Hours: minimum of 40 hours
Compensation: $25/hour
Reports To: Ownership / Management

Some early morning, evening, or weekend availability may be required for event cleaning, seasonal maintenance, and scheduled pet care.
