As Plant and Operations Manager, you report to the Facility General Manager and lead the maintenance department’s direction and performance. You will improve procedures, oversee the CMMS, manage staff and inventories, and ensure accurate parts sourcing and costing. The position also supports planning, forecasting, documentation, and client needs. Key Responsibilities:
