Architect intelligent enterprise solutions for Keyrus clients as an AI Engineer, working hybrid from Toronto or Montreal two days weekly. Keyrus seeks an experienced individual contributor who thinks like an architect and acts like a builder. You will combine hands-on engineering with business understanding and technical judgment. The position focuses on operational challenges, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainable AI delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex use cases into production-ready AI systems Prototype, test, deploy, monitor, and improve solutions Balance speed, quality, cost, security, and maintainability Collaborate with engineers, architects, governance, and delivery teams Create reusable patterns, accelerators, and building blocks Requirements:

Five to ten years in relevant engineering or consulting fields Client-facing experience in complex stakeholder environments Evidence of adopted, measurable solutions from complex use cases Python, APIs, Docker, Git, and software-engineering practices Knowledge of governance, monitoring, security, and responsible AI Bring architectural judgment, software engineering, and enterprise AI delivery experience to Keyrus client engagements across Canada.
