Lead SAP payroll data migration and modernization for the City of Toronto, applying data validation and project management expertise. This temporary full-time role follows a Monday-to-Friday, 35-hour schedule. As Strategic Enterprise Integration and Modernization Lead, you will support Finance and Treasury transformation across SAP ECC, S/4HANA Payroll PCE, SuccessFactors, BI/BW, ESS/MSS, and related applications. You will develop data handling strategies, protect data integrity, and deliver configuration-driven solutions for payroll, pensions, and advantages. The position reports to a Senior Project Manager and supports complex, multi-year, multi-divisional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead payroll data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning Develop data handling, archiving, verification, and validation strategies Coordinate payroll, HR, benefits,



and implementation teams Analyze system data, identify issues, and recommend improvements Lead testing, documentation, reporting, and end-user readiness activities Requirements:

Technology implementation and sustainment experience with relevant post-secondary education Experience with pension, payroll, benefits, or time and attendance processing Experience with SAP ECC, S/4, SuccessFactors, ESS/MSS, or UKG Kronos Strong payroll data implementation and migration experience Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Apply SAP, payroll data migration, testing, and stakeholder coordination expertise to modernize City of Toronto systems.
