You will lead Heavy Equipment Technicians and apprentices while managing repair progress, productivity, quality, and communication. Monitor job progress, risks, productivity, and protected completion Lead, coach, mentor, and develop technicians and apprentices Manage assignments, manpower, bay utilization,

Minimum four years with Caterpillar equipment and engines Leadership experience in heavy equipment maintenance environments Understanding of repair processes and customer service delivery Knowledge of JHAs, hazard assessments, and National Safety Code requirements Experience with Caterpillar dozers, loaders, graders, or excavators considered an asset Bring equipment knowledge, workforce leadership, and customer-focused repair management to Finning’s Caterpillar service operations.
