Lead VDC coordination in Ottawa with Navisworks, Revit Fabrication Parts, and multidisciplinary construction expertise. Serve as Contemporary Niagara’s site liaison for project model content. As VDC Project Lead, you manage coordination models and support accurate, compliant project delivery. The position leads VDC adoption, process improvements, and prefabrication strategies across assigned projects. You will coordinate design and construction information while maintaining project documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Act as site liaison for all VDC content Review and update Navisworks coordination models weekly Consolidate VDC platform content into coordination files Track design changes and update models promptly Support prefabricated assembly and constructability strategies Requirements:

Mechanical engineering degree, drafting degree, or technical diploma Minimum five years in mechanical trades and construction Proficiency in Navisworks and Revit Fabrication Parts Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bring VDC leadership, model coordination, and prefabrication knowledge to Modern Niagara’s Ottawa construction projects.
