- Duties

P&L; Management: Managing profit and loss statements to optimize profitability and control expenses

Cost Controls: Forecasting sales trends to manage labor budgets and inventory ordering to minimize food waste

Financial Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate weekly sales metrics and administrative paperwork

Performance Management: Coaching team members, conducting reviews, and building succession plans

Onboarding & Training: Implementing corporate training modules to ensure compliance with brand standards

Culture Cultivation: Fostering a positive, high-energy work environment to drive staff retention

Local Store Marketing (LSM): Developing grassroots marketing initiatives with local gyms, schools, and sports teams

Campaign Execution: Overseeing the rollout of corporate promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches

Catering Growth: Proactively seeking out and managing large-scale catering opportunities

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to local health department regulations and food safety standards

Vendor Management: Coordinating with approved distributors to manage orders and resolve supply chain discrepancies

Asset Management:



Overseeing preventative maintenance and repair schedules for commercial blenders, juicers, and refrigeration

- Qualifications

- Previous experience in a management role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
