Lead the IHOP Kingston location of one of the most loved breakfast brands in the world, with the backing of a growing hospitality group.

We’re looking for a Manager who treats the restaurant like it’s theirs. You’ll own the whole operation: the team, the guest experience, the numbers. If you’ve spent years running a busy full-service restaurant and you’re ready for a role where your decisions actually move the business, this is it.

This role reports to our Director of Food & Beverage and works closely with the leadership team across our restaurant and hotel portfolio.

What you’ll own

- The floor and the kitchen — daily operations to IHOP standards
- The team — hiring, training, scheduling, and developing people who stick around
- The guest experience — fast, friendly service and quick fixes when things go sideways
- The numbers — labour, food cost, and the P&L;




- Growth — driving sales and local marketing

What you bring

- 3–5+ years managing a full-service restaurant
- A track record of building strong teams, not just filling shifts
- Solid food safety and kitchen knowledge
- Calm under pressure on a Sunday morning rush
- Availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
