Krystal Designs Cleaning Services is hiring contractor cleaners! We're a local Dawson Creek cleaning company looking for reliable people to join our team.
The work
- Residential and move-in/move-out cleans in Dawson Creek
- Follow detailed checklists to our quality standard
You need
- Own vehicle - you'll drive between homes
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Available Tuesdays and Fridays
- Able to handle physically demanding 4-8 hour shifts
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy in clients' homes
- Must pass a criminal record check (at your own cost, done upfront - online or in person at a police detachment)
- Must carry your own liability insurance ($2 million)
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
We offer
- On-call shifts to start (Tuesdays and Fridays),
growing into consistent work as we book up
- 60/40 revenue split — you keep 60% of what the client pays, paid on the 1st and 15th
- Paid trial clean to start ($35/hr) - no endless interview rounds
