About the role We’re hiring full-time grill cooks for our busy Caribbean kitchen. You’ll be on the grill and line all day, so you need stamina, focus, and the ability to stay sharp when it gets loud and rapid. Schedule - Full-time, 5–6 days per week - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday availability is required - Shifts typically cover lunch through close (exact hours confirmed at hire) What you’ll do - Cook grill and line items to Mona’s standards every time - Keep food quality consistent under pressure during rush periods - Stay on your feet for extended periods - Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and follow direction - Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe What we need - Reliable commute to Sheppard Ave E & McCowan area (Scarborough)



- Able to stand and cook for long stretches - Strong attention to detail — product must be consistent and correct - Clear communication - Quick learner who can think independently - Comfortable in a high-pressure kitchen - Kitchen or grill experience is a plus; strong work ethic matters most Pay & growth Starting at $17.90/hr, with annual wage increases based on performance and overall good attitude.
