Current Urban Registry provide comprehensive corporate registry services, including conducting searches, filing your annual returns, managing minute books, and assisting with corporate dissolution. Additionally, they offer professional registered office and agent for service solutions, ensuring efficient handling of legal documents, privacy protection and administrative support tailored to you and your business.

New Urban Registry is looking for a part-time data entry clerk to enter financial information on a daily basis. Hours are flexible but expected to be about four hours a day, Monday to Friday. Work is to be done at the New Urban Registry on equipment provided. Wages commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and verify financial information, checking records for accuracy and completeness.
- Collect, organize,



and file documents and data so information is easy to retrieve and consistently maintained.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other computer tools to track information, prepare updates, and support routine administrative tasks.
- Your impact: Accurate, accessible records help colleagues make informed decisions and complete their work efficiently.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma Required.

· Document filing experience.

· Computer skills required, including Excel.

· Registry experience an asset.

· General accounting education an asset.

Pay: $15.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
