Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Bilingual Support Person who is fluent in English and French to support our team and clients. This dynamic role involves client site visits, hardware/software installation, and delivering product training and demonstrations in both languages. A valid G-class driver’s license is good to have, as travel to client locations is an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in office client visits to install hardware and software, and provide follow-up support
- Provide administrative, technical, and client-facing support in both English and French
- Deliver product training and live demonstrations to clients and staff in both languages
- Provide general technical support and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team, supporting outreach, demos, and client onboarding
- Assist with system setup, basic troubleshooting, and user onboarding
- Support internal team members with technical and logistical tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, installations, and support activities

Requirements:





- Fluency in English and French (spoken) is mandatory
- Valid G-class Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites is good to have
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages
- Experience with hardware/software installation, IT troubleshooting, or technical support
- Comfortable delivering live demos and training to small groups or individuals
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in IT or related field is an asset

Assets:

- Experience in customer support, technical sales, or IT services
- Familiarity with networking basics, raspberry PI, and software deployment
- Previous experience working in a bilingual client-facing role

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
