Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lessons using our LMS and Blackboard platform to facilitate effective learning.
- Develop course materials and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum content.




- Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and methodologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in classroom teaching, preferably within higher education or skilled training.
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms such as Blackboard.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to develop engaging course content and assessments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple courses.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools.
- A passion for fostering student success and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
