MACOM is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to develop millimeter-wave circuits for coherent applications. You will architect, design, layout, and measure SiGe and silicon ICs for frequencies above 30 GHz, guiding products from concept to production. Robust Cadence skills and lab characterization are required. Travel to support customers and cross‑functional teams is expected. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in IC design (BS), or 10+ years with MS, or 6+ years with PhD, and a track record of
