Lead WINS Community Services programming in Calgary through program development, team supervision, partnerships, and participant-centred service delivery. The Manager, Community Services leads Community Resource Hub programming, Connections, House to Home, and other community supports. Reporting to the Director, Community Impact, this manager supervises two Coordinators and supports consistent services across WINS locations. The work includes planning, evaluation, budget monitoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Set program priorities, service standards, and annual plans Design, launch, and review community programs Supervise, coach, and develop two Coordinators Build partnerships and represent WINS at community tables Monitor budgets, demand, and resource needs Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience Five years of relevant community or nonprofit experience Three years of direct people management experience Experience evaluating programs and reporting outcomes Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transportation Apply community program leadership, evaluation, and partnership skills to strengthen participant-centred services across WINS locations.
