Support Interior Health’s M365 environment from Kelowna through administration, configuration, testing, and end-user training. This full-time permanent position develops and sustains Microsoft 365 services. The M365 Intermediate Analyst handles day-to-day service support while contributing to projects led by senior analysts. Responsibilities include incident tickets, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and implementation activities. The role also maintains cloud and infrastructure components supporting M365 services. Key Responsibilities:

Administer M365 tools through incident and request ticket completion Monitor services and maintain M365 settings, policies, and groups Support technical work packages, implementations, and project documentation Test new tools, functionality,



and Microsoft-deployed capabilities Maintain data protection, retention, backup, and recovery capabilities Requirements:

Experience supporting M365 environments and related infrastructure components Ability to gather requirements and document service specifications Knowledge of established policies, procedures, standards, and best practices Ability to evaluate tools and provide operational recommendations Ability to liaise with vendors resolving software and system issues Bring M365 administration, testing, documentation, and support skills to Interior Health’s evolving Kelowna setting.
